Ingredients
- Flank steak
- Salt and pepper
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Oregano ( just a little bit )
Directions
- Season the flank steak pretty well on well on both sides and vacuum seal. Place in the water and wait...... tick tock ....
Finishing Steps
- Heat skillet and put salt and pepper on the steak prior to the searing. Sear both sides for a minute or two per side. You want to get a nice sear with a nice crust.
