Ingredients for 2

  • 2 or 3 8-10oz tenderloin fillets

  • 2 shallots

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 2 sprigs Rosemary

  • Olive oil 3 Tablespoons

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133.0ºF / 56.1ºC.

  • Step 2

    Finely chop 2 shallots, 3 garlic cloves and 2 sprigs if rosemary.

  • Step 3

    Salt and pepper steaks then cover with olive oil.

  • Step 4

    Cover steaks in garlic, rosemary and shallot chopped mix on all sides.

  • Step 5

    Cook for one hour at 133’f

  • Step 6

    Brush off chopped mix from steaks.

  • Step 7

    Sear in heated, seasoned cast iron skillet on high for 30 seconds each side.

  • Step 8

    Add course salt to taste
