Ingredients for 2
- 2 or 3 8-10oz tenderloin fillets 
- 2 shallots 
- 3 garlic cloves 
- 2 sprigs Rosemary 
- Olive oil 3 Tablespoons 
Directions
- 
                        Step 1Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133.0ºF / 56.1ºC. 
- 
                        Step 2Finely chop 2 shallots, 3 garlic cloves and 2 sprigs if rosemary. 
- 
                        Step 3Salt and pepper steaks then cover with olive oil. 
- 
                              Step 4Cover steaks in garlic, rosemary and shallot chopped mix on all sides. 
- 
                              Step 5Cook for one hour at 133’f 
- 
                        Step 6Brush off chopped mix from steaks. 
- 
                        Step 7Sear in heated, seasoned cast iron skillet on high for 30 seconds each side. 
- 
                        Step 8Add course salt to taste 
-
