Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133.0ºF / 56.1ºC.
  2. Finely chop 2 shallots, 3 garlic cloves and 2 sprigs if rosemary.
  3. Salt and pepper steaks then cover with olive oil.
  4. Cover steaks in garlic, rosemary and shallot chopped mix on all sides.
  5. Cook for one hour at 133’f
  6. Brush off chopped mix from steaks.
  7. Sear in heated, seasoned cast iron skillet on high for 30 seconds each side.
  8. Add course salt to taste
