Garlic Rosemary Filet mignon for 2

Ingredients
		- 2 or 3 8-10oz tenderloin fillets 
- 2 shallots 
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- Olive oil 3 Tablespoons 
Directions
		- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133.0ºF / 56.1ºC.
- Finely chop 2 shallots, 3 garlic cloves and 2 sprigs if rosemary.
- Salt and pepper steaks then cover with olive oil.
- Cover steaks in garlic, rosemary and shallot chopped mix on all sides.
- Cook for one hour at 133’f
- Brush off chopped mix from steaks. 
- Sear in heated, seasoned cast iron skillet on high for 30 seconds each side.
- Add course salt to taste 
				- You’re done, eat it!
