Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

Set Anova to 138 for 1 1/2 hours

Pat dry steaks and add garlic pepper to all side and pat in

Put 2 steaks in quart size ziploc bags. Remove air by submerging in water and the seal bag when all air is removed

When done set up grill pan on Medium/high lightly oiled with canola oil

Remove steaks and pat dry with papertowels

Brush steaks with canola oil and sear 2 minutes per side
