  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
  2. Set Anova to 138 for 1 1/2 hours
  3. Pat dry steaks and add garlic pepper to all side and pat in
  4. Put 2 steaks in quart size ziploc bags. Remove air by submerging in water and the seal bag when all air is removed

  1. When done set up grill pan on Medium/high lightly oiled with canola oil
  2. Remove steaks and pat dry with papertowels
  3. Brush steaks with canola oil and sear 2 minutes per side
