Ingredients
- 6 Filet Mignon about 1 1/4” thick
- McCormicks fresh ground garlic pepper
- Canola Oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Set Anova to 138 for 1 1/2 hours
- Pat dry steaks and add garlic pepper to all side and pat in
- Put 2 steaks in quart size ziploc bags. Remove air by submerging in water and the seal bag when all air is removed
- When done set up grill pan on
Medium/high lightly oiled with canola oil
- Remove steaks and pat dry with papertowels
- Brush steaks with canola oil and sear 2 minutes per side
