Ingredients for 10
14 eggs local & fresh
1 1/4 T. Dijon
3 1/2 T. Mayonnaise
2 T. Relish, minced
2 T. White Onion, minced
Directions

Step 1
Bring your Anova up to temp (170°F) place your fresh local eggs inside water gently for 35 minutes. Remove from water, chill right away in an ice bath.

Step 2
Peel your hard boiled eggs, cut in half to remove the egg yolks from inside. Place your yolks in a mixer bowl with paddle attachment. Place your ingredients in the bowl (mayo, mustard, relish, onion, garlic) mix on #2 for 3min to remove lumps and cream all mixture together

Add Salt & Pepper to taste. You can even add Paprika to mixture and a touch of chili powder for more of a BOOM FLAVOR

Pipe mixture inaide of egg white shells Top with Paprika and chill until served
