  • Knob butter

  • Salt pepper and garlic salt

  • Rosemary

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Cook for 1.5 - 2 hrs max.

  • Step 3

    Sear on hot grill plate, with a dash of veg oil to start then more butter after the first turn - I manage to comfortably sear 4 steaks in about 2-3 mins, turning every 15 secs
