- Knob butter
- Salt pepper and garlic salt
- Rosemary
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.
- Cook for 1.5 - 2 hrs max.
- Sear on hot grill plate, with a dash of veg oil to start then more butter after the first turn - I manage to comfortably sear 4 steaks in about 2-3 mins, turning every 15 secs
