- 1.8 lbs Eye of the Round Roast 
- 1 pkg McCormick “Smoky Ranchero” Marinade 
- McCormick “Smoky” Montreal Steak Seasoning 
- Malden “Smoked” Sea Salt 
Directions

                        Step 1Smoked Eye of the Round Roast without the smoker! 
- 
                        Step 2Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC. 
- 
                              Step 3Rub Roast with McCormick “Smoky” Montreal Steak seasoning. 
- 
                              Step 4Rub again with Maldon Smoked Salt 
- 
                              Step 5Mix marinade in a bowl according to package directions. Place seasoned roast into cooking bag. Pour marinade in bag and squeeze to completely cover.

                        Step 0No searing required. Slice thinly on an electric meat slice.

                        Step 1Make a Horseradish sauce

                        Step 2Using French Bread, make the most excellent Roast Beef Sandwich you ever ate. Toasting the bread brings it over the top.
