Ingredients for 6

  • 1.8 lbs Eye of the Round Roast

  • 1 pkg McCormick “Smoky Ranchero” Marinade

  • McCormick “Smoky” Montreal Steak Seasoning

  • Malden “Smoked” Sea Salt

Directions

  • Step 1

    Smoked Eye of the Round Roast without the smoker!

  • Step 2

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.

  • Step 3

    Rub Roast with McCormick “Smoky” Montreal Steak seasoning.

  • Step 4

    Rub again with Maldon Smoked Salt

  • Step 5

    Mix marinade in a bowl according to package directions. Place seasoned roast into cooking bag. Pour marinade in bag and squeeze to completely cover.
