Directions

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.

  • Step 2

    Coat Roast with “Light” Olive Oil

  • Step 3

    Rub with Tones Rosemary and Garlic Seasoning

  • Step 4

    Rub with Cajun injector Hickory Grill Seasoning

      Remove from sous vide and place roast on a small grill rack. Place in oven placed on Broil. Or place directly on a hot grill. Rotate until all sides are browned.

      Reserve juice to make gravy if desired.

    • Step 2

      • Comes out so juicy. • Slice thin to make Roast Beef Sandwiches. • Make sure to make a Horseradish Sauce and use a toasted French Roll for the best RB Sandwich you ever had!
