Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.

Coat Roast with “Light” Olive Oil

Rub with Tones Rosemary and Garlic Seasoning

Rub with Cajun injector Hickory Grill Seasoning

Step 0
Remove from sous vide and place roast on a small grill rack. Place in oven placed on Broil. Or place directly on a hot grill. Rotate until all sides are browned.

Reserve juice to make gravy if desired.
