I like to cook using charcoal or gas Grill, Gas Smoker, Cast Iron Dutch oven, Deep Fryer, Sous Vide, the “Big Easy”, Flat Top Griddle and Carbon Steel Woks, all outdoors.

Ingredients
- 2 lb Eye of the Roand Roast
- Rubs
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.
- Coat Roast with “Light” Olive Oil
- Rub with Tones Rosemary and Garlic Seasoning
- Rub with Cajun injector Hickory Grill Seasoning
Finishing Steps
- Remove from sous vide and place roast on a small grill rack. Place in oven placed on Broil. Or place directly on a hot grill. Rotate until all sides are browned.
- Reserve juice to make gravy if desired.
- • Comes out so juicy.
• Slice thin to make Roast Beef Sandwiches.
• Make sure to make a Horseradish Sauce and use a toasted French Roll for the best RB Sandwich you ever had!
