Oregano
Rosemary
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper
Thyme
Paprika
Fresh cracked black pepper
Directions

Liberally coat eye of round with seasonings

Using butchers twine, make about tour ties equally spaced

Place in a vacuum sealed bag or zip lock bag in fridge for 2 days

Step 4
Cook at 136F for medium for 6 hours

Put in fridge overnight to cool

Rinse off excess seasoning with luke warm water
