Eye of Round for lunchmeat
My favorite eye of round recipe for lunchmeat. This is a no salt version.

Ingredients
- Oregano
- Rosemary
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Lawry’s Seasoned Pepper
- Thyme
- Paprika
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
- Liberally coat eye of round with seasonings
- Using butchers twine, make about tour ties equally spaced
- Place in a vacuum sealed bag or zip lock bag in fridge for 2 days
- Cook at 136F for medium for 6 hours
- Put in fridge overnight to cool
Finishing Steps
- Rinse off excess seasoning with luke warm water
- Slice with meat slicer or carving knife
