Ingredients for 1
4 Eggs
150ml heavy cream
100g diced ham
100g grated cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Fresh herbs of choice, including parsley
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 78ºC / 172.4ºF

Whisk together all ingredients and distribute in the cans/jars.

Seal the cans and put them flat in the Sous Vide bath. Sous vide for 1 hour.

When the egg bites are cooked and before serving put some bacon or fresh herbs on top. Tip: You can add tomatoes, onion or other meat in to the cans! Just use your imagination.
