  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 78ºC / 172.4ºF
  2. Whisk together all ingredients and distribute in the cans/jars.
  3. Seal the cans and put them flat in the Sous Vide bath. Sous vide for 1 hour.

Finishing Steps

  1. When the egg bites are cooked and before serving put some bacon or fresh herbs on top. Tip: You can add tomatoes, onion or other meat in to the cans! Just use your imagination.
