Ham and Cheese Egg Bites

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 150ml heavy cream
- 100g diced ham
- 100g grated cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs of choice, including parsley
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 78ºC / 172.4ºF
- Whisk together all ingredients and distribute in the cans/jars.
- Seal the cans and put them flat in the Sous Vide bath. Sous vide for 1 hour.
Finishing Steps
- When the egg bites are cooked and before serving put some bacon or fresh herbs on top. Tip: You can add tomatoes, onion or other meat in to the cans! Just use your imagination.
