Ingredients for 4
10 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 bar of cream cheese
1 cup of grated gruyere cheese
4 slices of cooked bacon
1 bunch of green onions
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172.0ºF / 77.8ºC.

Step 2
Mix all ingredients with a mixer or food processor until a nice creamy mixture

Step 3
Spray egg bite forms with an olive oil spray and then fill forms with egg mixture. Approximately 14 egg bites

Step 4
Cut up green onions and bacon and divide evenly among the egg bite forms.

Step 5
Put in Sous vide container to cook for 1 hour.

Use a spoon to release the egg bites from the form.

Place on a plate on a spinning cake decorating pedestal

Use small creme brûlée’s torch to brown.
