Egg Bites
This recipe is good for 14 egg bites that can last 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 bar of cream cheese
- 1 cup of grated gruyere cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 bunch of green onions
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172.0ºF / 77.8ºC.
- Mix all ingredients with a mixer or food processor until a nice creamy mixture
- Spray egg bite forms with an olive oil spray and then fill forms with egg mixture. Approximately 14 egg bites
- Cut up green onions and bacon and divide evenly among the egg bite forms.
- Put in Sous vide container to cook for 1 hour.
Browning The Egg Bites
- Use a spoon to release the egg bites from the form.
- Place on a plate on a spinning cake decorating pedestal
- Use small creme brûlée’s torch to brown.
