Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172.0ºF / 77.8ºC.
  2. Mix all ingredients with a mixer or food processor until a nice creamy mixture
  3. Spray egg bite forms with an olive oil spray and then fill forms with egg mixture. Approximately 14 egg bites
  4. Cut up green onions and bacon and divide evenly among the egg bite forms.
  5. Put in Sous vide container to cook for 1 hour.

Browning The Egg Bites

  1. Use a spoon to release the egg bites from the form.
  2. Place on a plate on a spinning cake decorating pedestal
  3. Use small creme brûlée’s torch to brown.
