Generous Amount of Salt
Generous Amount of Pepper
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Directions

Step 1
Before adding ingredients to all sides of steak, make sure to pat the steaks dry.

Put steaks in a vacuum bag & into the water they go.

Remove steaks from the bag.

Step 1
Make sure to keep all of the juice from the bag for a sauce or gravy.

Step 2
Take a Skillet and start it on medium high heat

Step 3
Add a tablespoon of butter to skillet to brown

Step 4
Once butter is brown & skillet has reached temperature. Seer all sides of the steak for one minute.

Step 5
Remove steaks from heat & let rest for two minutes.
