Ingredients
- Generous Amount of Salt
- Generous Amount of Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Directions
- Before adding ingredients to all sides of steak, make sure to pat the steaks dry.
- Put steaks in a vacuum bag & into the water they go.
Finishing Steps
- Remove steaks from the bag.
- Make sure to keep all of the juice from the bag for a sauce or gravy.
- Take a Skillet and start it on medium high heat
- Add a tablespoon of butter to skillet to brown
- Once butter is brown & skillet has reached temperature. Seer all sides of the steak for one minute.
- Remove steaks from heat & let rest for two minutes.
