  1. Before adding ingredients to all sides of steak, make sure to pat the steaks dry.
  2. Put steaks in a vacuum bag & into the water they go.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove steaks from the bag.
  2. Make sure to keep all of the juice from the bag for a sauce or gravy.
  3. Take a Skillet and start it on medium high heat
  4. Add a tablespoon of butter to skillet to brown
  5. Once butter is brown & skillet has reached temperature. Seer all sides of the steak for one minute.
  6. Remove steaks from heat & let rest for two minutes.
