Ingredients for 4
2 lb tritip
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Texas salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp salt
1tsp hatch chili powder
1 tblsp smoked paprika
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup fabulous fajita marinade
Directions

Step 1
Mix dry rub and rub tri tip leaving about 2 tblsp of rub for before smoking

Step 2
Add fabulosa fajita marinade 1/4 cup to bag and vacumn Seal

Step 3
Once water is preheated Put in sous vide for 5hrs

Step 4
Remove and dry then add remainder of dry rub and place on smoker until internal temp reaches 124F About 1 hr.

Let rest 15 minutes then slice and enjoy!
