  1. Mix dry rub and rub tri tip leaving about 2 tblsp of rub for before smoking
  2. Add fabulosa fajita marinade 1/4 cup to bag and vacumn Seal
  3. Once water is preheated Put in sous vide for 5hrs
  4. Remove and dry then add remainder of dry rub and place on smoker until internal temp reaches 124F About 1 hr.
  5. Let rest 15 minutes then slice and enjoy!
