Dove breasts
Salt & pepper
Cinnamon
Fresh sage
3-4 sprigs fresh thyme
3-4 sprigs fresh oregano
Olive oil
Cooking sherry/wine
Directions

Step 1
Clean breasts and season with dry spices and place in bag.

Add fresh spices and a bit of olive oil and vacuum seal.

Remove from bag reserving juices and herbs. Sear in olive oil for 2-3 min per side and add cooking juices and sherry/wine for last couple of minutes.
