  1. Clean breasts and season with dry spices and place in bag.
  2. Add fresh spices and a bit of olive oil and vacuum seal.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove from bag reserving juices and herbs. Sear in olive oil for 2-3 min per side and add cooking juices and sherry/wine for last couple of minutes.
