Ingredients
- Dove breasts
- Salt & pepper
- Cinnamon
- Fresh sage
- 3-4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 3-4 sprigs fresh oregano
- Olive oil
- Cooking sherry/wine
Directions
- Clean breasts and season with dry spices and place in bag.
- Add fresh spices and a bit of olive oil and vacuum seal.
Finishing Steps
- Remove from bag reserving juices and herbs. Sear in olive oil for 2-3 min per side and add cooking juices and sherry/wine for last couple of minutes.
