Ingredients for 1

  • 2 hot dogs

  • 2 Teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Directions

  • Step 1

    1. Place all ingredients in a vacuum sealable bag.

  • Step 2

    2. Freeze all ingredients in order to seal the frozen vinegar in the vacuum bag.

  • Step 3

    3. Seal all ingredients in the vacuum bag and return to freezer until ready to cook.

  • Step 4

    4. Preheat the sous vide bath to 155° F.

  • Step 5

    5. Sous Vide the dogs for 45 minutes at 155°F.

  • Step 6

    6. Prepare buns with desired condiments at the 40 minute mark.

  • Step 7

    7. Serve and enjoy!
