  1. 1. Place all ingredients in a vacuum sealable bag.
  2. 2. Freeze all ingredients in order to seal the frozen vinegar in the vacuum bag.
  3. 3. Seal all ingredients in the vacuum bag and return to freezer until ready to cook.
  4. 4. Preheat the sous vide bath to 155° F.
  5. 5. Sous Vide the dogs for 45 minutes at 155°F.
  6. 6. Prepare buns with desired condiments at the 40 minute mark.
  7. 7. Serve and enjoy!
