Ingredients
- 2 hot dogs
- 2 Teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
Directions
- 1. Place all ingredients in a vacuum sealable bag.
- 2. Freeze all ingredients in order to seal the frozen vinegar in the vacuum bag.
- 3. Seal all ingredients in the vacuum bag and return to freezer until ready to cook.
- 4. Preheat the sous vide bath to 155° F.
- 5. Sous Vide the dogs for 45 minutes at 155°F.
- 6. Prepare buns with desired condiments at the 40 minute mark.
- 7. Serve and enjoy!
