Ingredients for 3
600gr/1.3lb chicken breast
1tsp sumac
1tsp dried origan
1tsp maldon salt
1 lemon zest
1/2tsp pepper
1/2tsp ancho
1/2tsp coriander seeds
1/8 cup lemon juice
1tbsp extravirgin olive oil
Directions

Step 1
Place all the spices in a mortar/blender and grind it, add the olive oil and the lemon juice and stir it.

Rub the mixture on the chicken, put it in a bag and vacuum seal it, let it rest for 1/2 hour in the fridge.

Set your Anova at 60C°, place the bag and let it cook for 1 hour and a half.

Whip out the chicken from the juice, massage with a drop of olive oil and let it brown 60 second per side on a hot pan. I like to serve it with a fresh salad and a spoon of fresh guacamole with a bit more of lemon juice for emphasize the flavor of the chicken. Enjoy it!
