Directions

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.

  • Step 2

    Pat deer dry and cover in salt and pepper

  • Step 3

    Place in bag with garlic and liquid smoke

  • Step 4

    Cook for 3 hours and then let settle for 10 mins

      Cover in mayonnaise and sear each side for 1 minute
