  • 4 Eggs

  • 1 Slice Sourdough Toast

  • 4 Slices Jamon Iberico

  • 2 Sprigs Cilantro

  • Course Ground Salt

  • Fresh Ground Pepper

  • 2 Whole Avocados

  • 2 Leafs Romain Lettuce

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 152.6ºF / 67.0ºC

  • Step 2

    Using a spoon (Asian strainer works best) place 4 eggs in pre-heated water

  • Step 3

    Remove eggs with a spoon and cool with cold water

      Cut your sourdough on the diagonal. Toast until crisp but not hard.

      Placed washed Romain Lettuce leaf on a plate.

      Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and place each half on the lettuce leaf.
