Egg, Avocado, Jamon Iberico, and Sourdough Toast. Yum!
The eggs are 67 degrees eggs cooked for 45 minutes. The yolk will hold its shape but still have a silky texture.

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Slice Sourdough Toast
- 4 Slices Jamon Iberico
- 2 Sprigs Cilantro
- Course Ground Salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper
- 2 Whole Avocados
- 2 Leafs Romain Lettuce
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 152.6ºF / 67.0ºC
- Using a spoon (Asian strainer works best) place 4 eggs in pre-heated water
- Remove eggs with a spoon and cool with cold water
Finishing Steps
- Cut your sourdough on the diagonal. Toast until crisp but not hard.
- Placed washed Romain Lettuce leaf on a plate.
- Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and place each half on the lettuce leaf.
- Place toasted sourdough next to Romain leaf
