  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 152.6ºF / 67.0ºC
  2. Using a spoon (Asian strainer works best) place 4 eggs in pre-heated water
  3. Remove eggs with a spoon and cool with cold water

Finishing Steps

  1. Cut your sourdough on the diagonal. Toast until crisp but not hard.
  2. Placed washed Romain Lettuce leaf on a plate.
  3. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and place each half on the lettuce leaf.
  4. Place toasted sourdough next to Romain leaf
