Ingredients for 6
1 cup sugar for the caramel
1/4 cup water for the caremel
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 3/4 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
3 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
Directions

Step 1
First make the caramel. Heat a middle sized pan. Add sugar and water on it. Stir and wait until sugar and water turns into brown caramel. Pour the caramel equally on the bottom of the 6 cups.

Step 2
Make your bath ready for Your flans and heat the up the water to 85 degrees.

Step 3
In a bowl, add both milks, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well and pour the mix equally on top of the caramels.

Step 4
Close the cans firmly and give them a 60minute bath in 85 degrees water. After the bath, cool the flans for up to 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
