Got this receipt while traveling around Cuba in spring 2019 with my wife. We felt in love with this and want to share it with You. Enjoy!

  1. First make the caramel. Heat a middle sized pan. Add sugar and water on it. Stir and wait until sugar and water turns into brown caramel. Pour the caramel equally on the bottom of the 6 cups.
  2. Make your bath ready for Your flans and heat the up the water to 85 degrees.
  3. In a bowl, add both milks, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well and pour the mix equally on top of the caramels.
  4. Close the cans firmly and give them a 60minute bath in 85 degrees water. After the bath, cool the flans for up to 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
