Ingredients for 6

  • 5 Egg yolks-whisked

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream

  • 1 tsp Vanilla*

  • 1/3 cup Granulates Sugar

  • Pinch of Salt

  • *optional: substitute half of vanilla for pecan liqueur

Directions

  • Step 1

    Whisk egg yolks and slowly add other ingredients while whisking… then fill small mason jars to the brim. Mason jars should hold about 1/3 cup of liquid in each. close lids and cook! Refrigerate for three hours before torching and serving.
