5 Egg yolks-whisked
2 cups Heavy Cream
1 tsp Vanilla*
1/3 cup Granulates Sugar
Pinch of Salt
*optional: substitute half of vanilla for pecan liqueur

Whisk egg yolks and slowly add other ingredients while whisking… then fill small mason jars to the brim. Mason jars should hold about 1/3 cup of liquid in each. close lids and cook! Refrigerate for three hours before torching and serving.
