Ingredients
- 5 Egg yolks-whisked
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla*
- 1/3 cup Granulates Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- *optional: substitute half of vanilla for pecan liqueur
Directions
- Whisk egg yolks and slowly add other ingredients while whisking… then fill small mason jars to the brim. Mason jars should hold about 1/3 cup of liquid in each. close lids and cook!
Refrigerate for three hours before torching and serving.

- Turbinado sugar + torch OR Turbinado sugar + broiler
