Smoked raw ham - 1kg
Garlic - 4pc
Bay - 2pc
Olive oil - 4ts
Potato - 1kg
Onion - 2pc

Directions

Step 1
1. Step Put the smoked raw ham to the sous-vide package with garlics, bays and olive oils.

2. Step Soft the package then seal it with a wacuum machine.

3. Step Put the ham to the sous-wide machine, set temperature 62° and 24h then start it.

4. Step The sous-wide machine have done, unpuck it. Slice the potatoes, put it a baking sheet with onions salt, pepper, and the meat gravy and garlic from ham package. Then place the meat on a baking sheet on oven rack top of them.

5. Step Quilt the meat with ananas and sprinkle a little with the pineapple juice and olive oil as well. Then set the oven 200° 1h and start it.

6. Step Sprinkle the ham with beer and olive oil while baking from time to time.
