  • 3-4 large potatoes

  • 1/2 cup of whole milk

  • 1/2 cream cheese bar

  • 1/2 unsalted butter

  • 2 tsp of salt

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 90.5ºC / 194.9ºF

  • Step 2

    Wash, Peel, Slice or Chop Potatoes

  • Step 3

    Put all ingredients in bag and seal

  • Step 4

    Sous vide

  • Step 5

    While bag is still sealed use a kitchen towel to push and mash the potatoes in the bag

  • Step 6

    Pour out into serving bowl
