Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 90.5ºC / 194.9ºF
  2. Wash, Peel, Slice or Chop Potatoes
  3. Put all ingredients in bag and seal
  4. Sous vide
  5. While bag is still sealed use a kitchen towel to push and mash the potatoes in the bag
  6. Pour out into serving bowl

Finishing Steps

  1. Serve and top with chives or salt and pepper
