Ingredients
- 3-4 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup of whole milk
- 1/2 cream cheese bar
- 1/2 unsalted butter
- 2 tsp of salt
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 90.5ºC / 194.9ºF
- Wash, Peel, Slice or Chop Potatoes
- Put all ingredients in bag and seal
- Sous vide
- While bag is still sealed use a kitchen towel to push and mash the potatoes in the bag
- Pour out into serving bowl
Finishing Steps
- Serve and top with chives or salt and pepper
