I like to cook using charcoal or gas Grill, Gas Smoker, Cast Iron Dutch oven, Deep Fryer, Sous Vide, the “Big Easy”, Flat Top Griddle and Carbon Steel Woks, all outdoors.

NOTES: Prepared 3/4/19 Increased time to 72 hours for a 5 lb. Brisket on 5/22/19. Tried cooking for 72 hours, was too long of a cook. Reduce back down to 48 hours next cook.

  • Fresh Ground Pepper

  • “Cajun Injector” Hickory Grill Seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155.0ºF / 68.3ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season with Pepper and Grill Seasoning.

  • Step 3

    Place in Ziplock Bag and remove all air using the water displacement method.
