NOTES: Prepared 3/4/19 Increased time to 72 hours for a 5 lb. Brisket on 5/22/19. Tried cooking for 72 hours, was too long of a cook. Reduce back down to 48 hours next cook.

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 155.0ºF / 68.3ºC.
  2. Season with Pepper and Grill Seasoning.
  3. Place in Ziplock Bag and remove all air using the water displacement method.
