  • Corn beef

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Season corn beef with spices and vacuum seal.

  • Step 2

    Place in sous vide once temperature has reached 140°F/60°C for 48hrs.

  • Step 3

    Remove from sous vide and bag to allow to air dry.

  • Step 4

    Slice thinly for sandwiches.
