Ingredients
- Corn beef
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Pepper
Directions
- Season corn beef with spices and vacuum seal.
- Place in sous vide once temperature has reached 140°F/60°C for 48hrs.
- Remove from sous vide and bag to allow to air dry.
- Slice thinly for sandwiches.
