Ingredients for 1

  • 2 tea bags (any blend)

  • 1 liter water

  • Sugar to taste (optional)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.9ºF / 65.5ºC.

  • Step 2

    Divide the water equally into 2 mason jars

  • Step 3

    Drop 1 tea bag into each jar.

  • Step 4

    Close the jars lightly.

  • Step 5

    Place the jars into the prepared Sous-Vide bath.

  • Step 6

    At the 1 hour and 45 minute mark add desired amount of sugar.

  • Step 7

    Drink immediately or let cool to room temperature and then chill in fridge.
