  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.9ºF / 65.5ºC.
  2. Divide the water equally into 2 mason jars
  3. Drop 1 tea bag into each jar.
  4. Close the jars lightly.
  5. Place the jars into the prepared Sous-Vide bath.
  6. At the 1 hour and 45 minute mark add desired amount of sugar.
  7. Drink immediately or let cool to room temperature and then chill in fridge.
