Ingredients
- 2 tea bags (any blend)
- 1 liter water
- Sugar to taste (optional)
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 149.9ºF / 65.5ºC.
- Divide the water equally into 2 mason jars
- Drop 1 tea bag into each jar.
- Close the jars lightly.
- Place the jars into the prepared Sous-Vide bath.
- At the 1 hour and 45 minute mark add desired amount of sugar.
- Drink immediately or let cool to room temperature and then chill in fridge.
