Ingredients for 0

  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon fresh ground pepper

  • 1 Teaspoon light brown sugar

  • 1 Teaspoon ground coffee

  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 Teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 Tablespoon oil

  • Ingredients per 1lb of pork tenderloin

Directions

  • Step 1

    Pre heat to 134.6

  • Step 2

    Mix ingredients and rub mixture on pork then coat evenly with oil

  • Step 3

    Cook for 1 hour at temperature

  • Step 4

    When completed pat completely dry and sear for one minute per side

  • Step 5

    Let rest for 2 to 3 minutes slice and serve
