Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 Teaspoon light brown sugar
- 1 Teaspoon ground coffee
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- Ingredients per 1lb of pork tenderloin
Directions
- Pre heat to 134.6
- Mix ingredients and rub mixture on pork then coat evenly with oil
- Cook for 1 hour at temperature
- When completed pat completely dry and sear for one minute per side
- Let rest for 2 to 3 minutes slice and serve
