Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 125.0ºF / 51.7ºC.

  • Step 2

    Defrost the fillets on original packaging, on a bath of water for an hour or on the fridge overnite.

  • Step 3

    Cook SV for 30 minites for firm fish.

    • Serve On Small Clay Pot Individually

    • Step 0

      Broil on high for 5 mins

    • Step 1

      Serve on clay pot with chick peas spanish style.
