  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 125.0ºF / 51.7ºC.
  2. Defrost the fillets on original packaging, on a bath of water for an hour or on the fridge overnite.
  3. Cook SV for 30 minites for firm fish.

Serve On Small Clay Pot Individually

  1. Broil on high for 5 mins
  2. Serve on clay pot with chick peas spanish style.
