Ingredients for 10
2 Cans (27 ounces) Full Fat Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
6 Eggs
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Teaspoon Coconut Extract

Step 1
Add all ingredients and blend well. Allow mixture to rest for at least one hour to allow air bubbles to dissipate. Melt 1 Cup Sugar and 1/2 Cup Water and allow to cook until sugar starts to briwn. Remove from heat. Pour into 10 small mason jars. Pour flan mixture into madon jars and seal.
