  1. Add all ingredients and blend well. Allow mixture to rest for at least one hour to allow air bubbles to dissipate. Melt 1 Cup Sugar and 1/2 Cup Water and allow to cook until sugar starts to briwn. Remove from heat. Pour into 10 small mason jars. Pour flan mixture into madon jars and seal.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove from water bath and allow to cool overnight in refrigerator.
