Ingredients
- 2 Cans (27 ounces) Full Fat Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coconut Extract
Directions
- Add all ingredients and blend well. Allow mixture to rest for at least one hour to allow air bubbles to dissipate.
Melt 1 Cup Sugar and 1/2 Cup Water and allow to cook until sugar starts to briwn. Remove from heat.
Pour into 10 small mason jars.
Pour flan mixture into madon jars and seal.
Finishing Steps
- Remove from water bath and allow to cool overnight in refrigerator.
