Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185ºF / 85.0ºC

  • Step 2

    Place butter in vacuum sealed bag. Cook butter for 30 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Remove from water.

  • Step 4

    Pour off clarified butter by cutting hole in bottom of bag, while leaving foam in bag.
