Ingredients
- Butter
- Desired seasonings and herbs of your choice
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185ºF / 85.0ºC
- Place butter in vacuum sealed bag. Cook butter for 30 minutes.
- Remove from water.
- Pour off clarified butter by cutting hole in bottom of bag, while leaving foam in bag.
Finishing Steps
- Add desired seasonings and herbs to make a compound butter.
- Cool in refrigerator
