Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185ºF / 85.0ºC
  2. Place butter in vacuum sealed bag. Cook butter for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove from water.
  4. Pour off clarified butter by cutting hole in bottom of bag, while leaving foam in bag.

Finishing Steps

  1. Add desired seasonings and herbs to make a compound butter.
  2. Cool in refrigerator
